DAy 2 - Work Continues

Our team has now been serving the people of New Orleans for two days. Our group has been divided into three teams working at three different homes. The work has varied greatly from placing ceramic tile, to placing drywall and insulation to placing siding to the exterior of a home. To this day it still amazes me how much work is still left after almost five years since Katrina hit.

The team is in great spirits and are enjoying meeting other Presbyterians from Washington and California that are staying at the PDA camp with us this week.

On a side note the team of Jeff, Mark, Dan, Ryan and Jim have a new appreciation for lip gloss.....more details to follow and hopefully photos!

God Bless!
